Jumping on the trampoline is a fantastic activity that both kids and adults enjoy, and the calories burned trampoline are great, but if you can jump on a trampoline and only think about burning calories and losing weight you’re doing something wrong.
A trampoline is on the wishlist of most kids growing up, and many young adults and grown ups have fond memories of time spent on trampolines, and will take up an offer to jump on one any day. There are also a lot of great games that can be played on a trampoline, either alone or with friends, to help pass the time and work up a sweat while having fun bouncing.
And while the calories burned trampoline aren’t huge, they are a lot of fun to burn, and that’s what counts. Most people would pick jumping on the trampoline over going for a jog, for instance. It’s those kinds of activities, the ones you can do every day and not get tired of, that really help you burn calories and achieve your weight loss goals.

- If you weigh roughly 130 pounds: 207 calories burned trampoline per hour
- If you weigh roughly 155 pounds: 246 calories burned per hour
- If you weigh roughly 180 pounds: 286 calories burned per hour
- If you weigh roughly 205 pounds: 326 calories burned per hour
So as you can see the amount of calories burned trampoline isn’t huge, but if the only reason you’re on a trampoline is to lose weight then you’re going about it all wrong, and there are a lot of other, more intense workouts that you could be doing to achieve your weight loss goals.
But if you really wanted to up the number of calories burned on the trampoline you could always do something like wear a weight vest, which might make you look a little silly, but would certainly increase the number of calories burned trampoline.
